What do you like most about what you do?
I love that I am able to connect and engage with so many other like-minded people who share the same love for health and wellness that I have. The Vista magazine community is full of kind, talented and passionate individuals and I am so grateful I am able to work alongside them and meet new people along the way.
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is:

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
When I’m not working I enjoy cooking and baking, reading, hiking, practicing yoga, working out, and spending time with my friends.
Walk us through your morning routine
I wake up pretty early and I always start my day off by reading a book while enjoying a big cup of coffee. Then I like to do some sort of physical activity in the morning. I enjoy morning walks, running or doing a yoga flow. Doing this sets me up to have a productive day.
What are your Must-have snacks?
My must-have snacks are nuts, any type of fruit, and bliss balls/ energy balls.
