Walk us through your morning routine
My morning routine consists of waking up slow, drinking lots of water to rehydrate followed by a coffee. I like to listen to the news, get ready and head out for a workout or yoga – whatever I’m feeling that morning. After that I make a balanced breakfast to refuel before starting my work day.
What is your favourite late night snack?
My favourite late night snack is definitely some dark chocolate or tortilla chips and fresh salsa.
What is your least favourite food trend?
My least favourite food trend has to be anything low fat – healthy fats are so good for us and they give food all the flavour!
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
When I’m not working I like to get creative in the kitchen and cook up something new to me at least once a week. I also love to travel as much as I can, over the years I’ve been fortunate to have seen some amazing places and learn about different food and cultures.
What is your health and well-being philosophy?
Eat real food and enjoy everything in moderation – find a balance that works for you and consistently maintain healthy habits and you’ll never feel restricted!
