What do you like most about what you do?
I love being able to help others live healthier lifestyles. Whether that is through creating and sharing a nutrient-dense plant-based recipe, one-on-one nutrition consulting, or through sharing and promoting all of the great health and wellness products we are exposed to at Vista Magazine.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
When I’m not working I love creating recipes in the kitchen, walking in nature, gardening, and yoga.
What is your favourite late-night snack?
My favourite late-night snack is a granny smith apple with lots of almond butter. It’s been my favourite snack for years!
You can only take one supplement for the rest of your life: what is it and why?
If I could only take one supplement it would probably be a probiotic. Health starts in our gut and if our gut isn’t healthy and supported then the rest of our health suffers.
What are your must-have snacks?
My must-have snacks are 90% dark chocolate, apples with almond butter, spicy roasted almonds, and any healthy homemade cookie or treat!
