What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I spend a lot of time going to Health Food Stores and Farmers Markets and then creating fun new recipes in the kitchen. I absolutely love getting out into nature, even if it’s simply a short walk in the park.

Definitely probiotics. I’ve always struggled with digestive issues and probiotics have been a game-changer for me.
What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
The most inspiring part of my job is seeing people realize that they can play an active part in their own health journey. A lot of times it’s easy to get discouraged when we struggle with chronic health issues and it’s easy to forget that our nutrition and lifestyle play a crucial role when it comes to health, well-being, and even self-esteem.
