What do you like most about what you do?
I create personalized nutrition plans, strength & conditioning training, and interpret clinical tests for clients. My greatest joy is helping others achieve their goals, through breaking bad “habits” to improve their overall health. Getting them results that can eventually change their life.
What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
When I decided to take a stand and take charge of my health. I was able to overcome my own constant struggles with weight, fatigue, brain fog, and binge-eating disorder.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
Hitting the gym, it’s literally my second home. I also love learning about different topics, though reading, to expand my mind, creativity, and build new skills sets. I also enjoy cooking and being creative with the recipes. Lastly, I enjoy travelling. I love being able to see and experience the different cultures firsthand.
Walk us through your morning routine.
My morning starts off with rinsing my face with cold water. This helps jolt the brain active. I then drink a glass of water to rehydrate the body and start my body’s metabolism. I then take a pre-workout drink and hit the gym. Lastly, I finish my morning with a high-protein breakfast.
What is your health and well-being philosophy?
I believe in building good habits, because with good habits we can change the direction of our life in any way. Whether it is to be healthy or to accomplish a goal in life. Movement & Food is medicine for creating change and Harmony in a person’s physical, emotional, and mental states.
